UPDATE: Tabernacle/Sanctification Wk

in short, this entire wk has been rather fruitful...the Lord managed to reveal many things during yday's Tabernacle, i feel so delighted and 'full' ... cant wait for Encounter to come, hope it'll impact me more

ok, it's been a long time since i last updated on the current events for me...
1) Sunday svc (aka. Today's svc)
2) Studies
3) Student Council
4) Sanctification / Tabernacle

1) Sunday svc:

today's a very very special day, it's my Birthday! yay! it's a 2nd yr in a row tat my bday falls on church svc (last yr was on Saturday mah, and svc was at TC on saturday mah)... felt really happy to see the family again, think it's the 1st time in 2006 tat our entire family has wore Tribe Jersey together!! hooray! and it's on my bday! double hoorays!
i loved the new song, "Shepherd of my Heart" ... the elec. guitar part is so cool man

Pastor's sermon oso spoke to me... think it's a 2nd yr as a Christian liao, and as i enter my 2nd spiritual yr and 17th year as a teenager, i felt tat the Lord was asking me, "Will you be loyal to me? Will you continue to be hungry for me?" as i enter my 2nd yr, i think the road ahead will be much more tougher but i believe the Lord will guide me as long as i continue to seek Him...really needa thank God and Pastor Khong for tat sermon man!

was consolidator again this wk, the feelin of prayin for a Salvation feels so diff. , it was more like God using me... it felt shiok lah, haha, donno how to explain or describe
i love to be consolidator sia...oops

2) Studies

having my 1st Econs test nxt Wed, abit unprepared for it but i think i'm one of the more attentive students in my class, including Jeannie and Ben as well...
frankly speakin, sch is getting more interesting...we're finally learning more interesting things in Physics, Chem and Econs...plus our Maths teacher rocks, he teaches us special methods/ techniques to do the chim chim Qns lor, haha...
got Chinese HW to do, sucks cos it's the Cloze Passage kind and i'm really really bad at it... haiz, no choice

3) Student Council

after much consideration, i've decided to quit Student Council... took the advice tat Lionel gave me long ago, did alot of thinking and in the end, i quitted... felt quite relieved tat this 'burden' has been released...why i quit? bcos my heart wasnt at peace lor...

to my frens: u all wont understd lah, even if i did tell u the real reason ... i wanna serve God more than VJ, chim? wanna find out more abt serving God? curious? join FCBC, haha

think it's time i talked to Lionel abt this
Lionel, let's meet up or smth...

donno which CCA to join now, maybe Badminton? but hor...the training for Sports CCAs are damn siao, high% tat it's the everyday training kind.... so i'm stucked liao lor, maybe Council wouldnt be tat bad, oh wells... quit = no more chance to enter , time to think and seek God for guidance again...

4) Sanctification / Tabernacle

basically, it restored me... great experience! heehee

i love my brother man, rmbed tat i wanted to get those kind of huge huge pencil cases? (they're very common in VJ lah) ... my bro didnt even noe but somehow, he gave me a blue (yay! fav color) Quiksilver those-kind-of pencilcase! yay!! didnt even prayed for it yet the Lord (somehow) led my brother to buy for me...thx Laupa, thx kor...i feel loved, awww...

wishlist:
- new wallet
- new haversack

doubt u pple have enough time to get them since it's oredi 19th FEB liao... haha

i needa go do work liao, ciao
